PURPOSE: To treat a femur disease at the minimum of mutually connected elements by inserting the rear end part of a bone end/shaft end implant into the hollow sleeve of an angled side plate. CONSTITUTION: A bone end/shaft end implant 1 comprises a cylindrical expansion sleeve 3 and a slender plunger 4. The sleeve 3 comprises a dome 7 one end of which is smoothly rounded, a circular ring 9, and an elastic strip 11 between the dome 7 and the circular ring 9. The plunger 5 comprises a cylindrical body part 17 and a cylindrical stem part 19. The rear end part of the implant 1 is inserted into the hollow sleeve of an angled side plate.
