<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a portable information processor that can be easily used on an office desk by using a keyboard and a controller to control plural flat plate type display devices. CONSTITUTION:When the display devices 100 and 101 is designated by a keyboard 200 or data are received from a controller 300, both devices 100 and 101 calculate the distance from an operator via a screen display information control circuit 140 based on the signal received from a distance detecting transmitting/receiving circuit 141 which detects the distance from the operator and from the time needed for reception of the data after reflection from the operator. If the calculated distance is larger than an optional value, an instruction is given to a display processing program 117b to magnify the display information. While an instruction is given to the program 117b to reduce the display information in case the calculated distance is smaller than the optional value. Thus the display information can be easily viewed. Furthermore the display devices can be held by hands and set on an office desk, etc.</p> |
