The dryer is noteworthy in that the folding framework OP has, on the vertical uprights 1 and 2 of its base frame CB as well as on the vertical uprights 10 and 11 of its lateral frames CL1 and CL2 articulated to the base frame, means M1 for fastening small racks (shelves) which are judiciously and evenly distributed over the height of the said uprights, in order to be able to arrange the racks (small trays) 13 by their complementary fastening means M2 either in an inclined manner, or in a manner which is perpendicular with respect to the said uprights, that being in combination with the variable-opening lateral frames. <IMAGE>
