The invention essentially relates to the design of the locking system. The cases are provided on their bottom with an arrangement of standardised studs, disposed in both directions of the plane in question. In the described case, they are truncated pyramids with a square base. They may also be truncated cones, parallelepipeds or cylinders. The lid has on its bottom surface an interlocking system similar to the case. On its upper face it is provided with truncated pyramids with a square base allowing it to perfectly interlock on the bottom of the case located above. Furthermore, the cases may be arranged crosswise perpendicularly on pallets because of the constant modulus of all of the protruding and recessed pyramids. All of the range of packages being provided with the same standard allows different sizes to be mixed whilst still retaining positional locking. <IMAGE>
