Monitoring device provided for processing two modulation sources A, B, characterised in that each of these two sources can undergo a mixing of its left and right paths before being routed to one of the two distinct internal channels constituting the stereophonic paths of the output amplification system. This device possesses a switching means 21, 22 which, in addition to independent monitoring of the source A and/or the source B, allows the two sources to be listened to simultaneously: source A being routed towards the left channel of the output amplification system 25, 27 and source B towards the right channel 26, 28.
