PURPOSE: To obtain the subject filament yarn having excellent moisture absorption property and antistatic property and durability without slimy feeling by applying cellulose to a bulky synthetic fiber filament having a specific bulky ratio and crimping elongation. CONSTITUTION: This viscose-processed synthetic fiber filament having durable moisture absorption property and antistatic property and a feeling without slimy feeling is obtained by applying a viscose solution containing 2-10 wt.% of cellulose concentration to a synthetic filament bulky yarn obtained by a bulk processing of a synthetic fiber filament yarn and having 2-10 bulky ratio and <=20% crimping elongation, respectively expressed by the formula B is bulky ratio; R is diameter of bulky yarn (μm); Sp is specific gravity of bulky yarn (g/cm<3> ); (d) is yarn size of bulky yarn (denier)}, guiding into a coagulation bath and solidifying and adhering and including 3-15 wt.% of cellulose on bulky part or opened part of the yarn.
