PURPOSE: To obtain a medicinal composition containing an effective amount of 24,25-dihydroxycholecalciferol, etc., as its mixture with an inactive medicine carrier and useful for the therapy of renal bone dystrophy on blood dialysis. CONSTITUTION: This medicinal composition contains the combination of 3-5μg of 24,25-dihydroxycholecalciferol with 0.25-1.0μg of 1-α-hydroxycholecalciferol or 1,25-dihydroxycholecalciferol or 0.5-1.0μg of dihydroxytachysterol as the combination of active ingredients. The mixture of the active ingredients in an amount for treating the renal bone dystrophy is administered in the form of tablets, pills, dragees, capsules (soft gelatin capsules), ampules, etc. The active ingredient may contain an inactive provitamin E, citric acid, propyl gallate and peanut oil as stabilizers as stabilizers with a proper solvent.
