PURPOSE:To contrive at compaction of a pump by making the center of a rotor, provided with an elastic plate being elastically contacted along an inner wall of a rotor chamber and made slidable, eccentric from the center of this rotor chamber. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 1 consists of a rotor body 2 and plural elastic plates 3, and a groove 2a of this rotor body 2 is connected to a turning shaft 4. The rotor 1 is set up in a rotor chamber 5, the center of the rotor 2 is made eccentric from the center of the rotor chamber 5, while these elastic plates 3 are elastically contacted along an inner wall 5a of the rotor chamber 5 and made slidable. Consequently, a capacity variation in a closed space is secured by elasticity of these elastic plates, thus an outer rotor can be made unnecessary.
