PURPOSE:To improve a service to a customer and at the same time to reduce business cost by providing a memory circuit which stores the hotel reservation information and a voice recognizing answer device. CONSTITUTION:A customer code, the staying date, the number of staying days, and the room type which are received from a customer through a telephone 15 and registered previously are accepted via a switchboard 18. When the received reservation data are kept within a range set at a memory 12, the desired number of staying days, room type, etc., are informed to the reserved customer via a voice recognizing answer device 16. In case the reservation data exceeds said range, the allowance range of the room type is extended, e.g., a single type is changed to a double type to comply with the request of the customer. If the customer satisfies with the extended conditions, the desired staying date, the number of staying days and the changed room type are informed to the customer. In case the customer does not accept the conditions, a reservation unacceptable state is informed via the device 16. |
