PURPOSE:To reduce the jumping off of a vane by allowing the vane provided on a hollow rotor in contact with the periphery of the piston section of a fixed shaft at its tip to go in and out in the slant direction against the rotation tangent direction of the rotor so that the tip is faced in the opposite direction to the rotating direction. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 15 is rotated around a fixed shaft 14 integrally formed with a shaft 11 and a piston section 12, and a vane 16 is provided on the rotor 15 so that it can freely go in and out. The vane 16 goes in and out in the slant direction against the rotation tangent direction of the rotor 15, and the vane 16 is constituted so that its tip is faced in the opposite direction to the rotating direction of the rotor 15. Accordingly, the vane centrifugal force is distributed in the direction that the vane goes in and out, and the jumping off of the vane is reduced. |
