Toxoplasma gondii (TG) antigens consisting of excretion-secretion (ES) antigens common to the tachyzoites and the bradyzoites of TG, and translation products of mRNA of tachyzoites carrying the epitopes recognised by the abovementioned ES antigens. Polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies capable of conferring significant protection against toxoplasmosis, in the form of vaccines in particular. Therapeutic composition for the treatment of toxoplasmosis, the active constituents of which are the abovementioned ES antigens. Products for the diagnosis of toxoplasmosis, the active constituents of which are the abovementioned ES antigens.
