PURPOSE:To make a work mode diversifiable by leading discharge pressure into either side of a stepped part or a small diametral side end of a stepped piston in a second control piston device of a servo valve for a flow control regulator. CONSTITUTION:A flow control regulator is constituted of a servo cylinder 25 and a servo valve 2. A second control piston device 6 of this servo valve 2 has a stepped piston 13. And, a stepped part is situated in a first pilot chamber 15 and a small diametral side end 16 in a second pilot chamber 17, respectively. This first pilot chamber 15 is connected to a discharge passage 19 of a pump 1, and the second pilot chamber 17 is connected to a secondary side port of a pressure reducing valve 21. Accordingly, such a P-Q diagram that is optimum for various work modes is securable. |
