<p>PURPOSE:To remove dew drops, and to contrive the preventation of the generation of winding-in and the damage of a tape, by providing a heating element for heating, on a magnetic head drum, and on the other hand, providing an opening/closing means for bring the heating element to an ON operation preferentially at the time of starting an operation, in accordance with the heating element. CONSTITUTION:On the inside of the drum surface 25 of a rotary drum 1, a heating element 11 for heating the drum surface is provided, and the heater 11 is connected to a power source 13 through a current control circuit 12 and a relay contact LS. On the other hand, when a switching transistor Q connected in series to a relay coil L provided in accordance with the relay contact LS becomes ON, it is excited and brings the relay contact LS to make, a prescribed power source current is supplied to the heater 11 through the current control circuit 12 and it is heated, and the drum surface 25 is heated from the inside. An opening/closing state of the switching transistor Q is controlled by a system controller 10. The system controller 10 is constituted so as to supply preferentially an ON signal to the switching transistor Q by detecting the time of starting an operation. In such a way, a dew drop is removed, and the generating of winding-in and the damage of a tape can be prevented.</p> |
