NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula (A is H or Met-; B is OH or -Leu; when A is H, B is -Leu). USE:A cancer marker. Stable against quininase. PREPARATION:For example, rat T-quininogen is dissolved in a buffer solution and treated with an acidic protease at 37 deg.C for 60 min, the pH is adjusted to 2.5 with 1N HCl and the product is saturated with NaCl. The obtained mixture is centrifuged, the supernatant liquid is extracted with n-butanol and the n-butanol extract is dissolved in an aqueous solution of 0.05% trifluoroacetic acid and 20% acetonitrile. The objective derivative is separated and purified by reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography. |
