ZEOLITES OF THE BOROSILICATE TYPE, CONTAINING FLUORINE

Process for the synthesis of zeolites of the borosilicate type of the family of pentasils having the formula: (O-1) M2/nO : B2O3 : x SiO2, wherein x varies between 20 and 1000 and M is a compensation cation of valence n and also containing fluorine. The process comprises: (a) the formation of a reaction medium having a pH lower than 10.5 and comprising particularly water, a silica source, a boron oxide source, a mobilizing agent source containing fluoride ions and a structuring agent source capable of providing cations selected among tetrapropylammonium cations (TPA<+>) and tetrapropylphosphonium cations (TPP<+>), (b) heating the reaction medium formed in step (a) to a temperature lower than 230C till the obtention of cristalline compound, (c) calcining the obtained compound to a temperature higher than 450C.
