PURPOSE:To easily widen the range of speed control, by arranging a plurality of oscillators with different resonance points, as the oscillators to one driving source, and by selecting the oscillators according to speed. CONSTITUTION:An oscillation type driving gear is composed of a movable table 1 on which three balls 2-4 are rotatably fitted with ball bearings 2'-4'. The movable table 1 can be moved in every direction on a plane 5, and at the apex sections of the equilateral-triangular movable table 1, driving sources 6-8 are fitted, and by pushing the plane 5 with them, with its reaction, the movable table 1 is moved. In case of speed control, in addition to voltage control, a plurality of oscillators with different resonance points as the oscillators are arranged, and by selecting the oscillators with resonance points according to a speed and by driving them, they are speed-variably composed. As a result, the capacity of a power source section, a cost space, and the like are not increased, and the range of the speed control can be widened. |
