The holder has, centrally and longitudinally, a triangular supporting structure for the load, made of pairs of girders joined together, each pair being situated in a transverse plane and having their external faces, on which the load rests, covered with rubber. At the base are transverse rubber bands on which the load rests. Arranged on the base and laterally, in the transverse plane of the girder pairs of the central structure, are arranged girders coated with rubber on their external faces and connected rotatably with moveable bolts. These girders, which back onto the load, have a chain with corresponding tightener. In the front and rear sections of the holder are a pair of moveable bolts joined by a rubber-covered girder.
