<p>PURPOSE:To unify the thickness of the peripheral part of a laminated sheet and the thickness of the central part of the same, by a method wherein the periphery of the layer of prepregs is surrounded by the thick peripheral part of mirror plates to effect hot-press molding. CONSTITUTION:A mirror plate 2, on the periphery of which a thick part 4 is formed, is employed. Both of the surfaces of the mirror plate 2 are recessed by the thick parts 4. The periphery of the layer 1 of prepregs is pinched by the thick parts 4 from both sides thereof. The layer 1 of prepregs, which consists of eight sheets of prepregs for example, is pinched by the mirror plates 2, and 14 sets of the layers 1 of the prepregs are molded by hot-press molding between hot plates 3, 3'. Resin, which is apt to flow out of the periphery of the layer 11 of prepregs, is dummed up by the thick parts of the mirror plates 2 whereby the outflow of it may be restrained. According to this method, a laminated sheet having an uniform thickness may be obtained. Further, the outflow of the resin can be restrained, therefore, dismantling work to separate the molded laminated sheet from the mirror plates is facilitated.</p> |
