PURPOSE:To realize lightening of a movable part, reduction of a number of assembling manday, and improvement of accuracy in finish dimensions, by a method wherein a width changing part in which a width of a printing wire support part becomes narrower gradually from a base part toward a top and lastly becomes equal to a width of its top is established to a part of an all length of the printing wire support part, and the width of this printing wire support part is formed by roll working. CONSTITUTION:A printing wire support part 30 is composed of a plate state part 31 having a width (b) almost equal to a diameter of a printing wire 4, and a width changing part 32 in which an armature 29 and the plate state part 31 are solidly combined and a width (c) to the width (b) changes. The width (c) of the width changing part 32 is so constructed to narrow gradually from the base part 30a continuing to the armature 29 of the printing wire support part 30 toward the top 30b to which the printing wire 4 of said support part 30 and, at last, becomes equal to (b). Then, after a semi-product 34 has been obtained by roll working of a piece of a magnetic prismatic raw material 33 having a width B and a height H, the armature 29 and the printing wire support part 30 of a movable part 28 are formed by shear working thereof. |
