发明名称 ALIGNING METHOD FOR GUIDE ROLLER AT INLET PORT OF ROLLING MILL
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily and quickly confirm a confirmation work by projecting a vertical laser beam to the reference point at the right and left positions of a rolling roll and projecting a horizontal laser beam at the upper and lower position of the rolling roll as well. CONSTITUTION:The vertical beam 30a of the laser beam projected from a one part of a laser beam emitter 21 is aligned with the center 8 of the center root part becoming of the reference point at the right and left positions of a rolling roll and that 30a projected from the other part of laser beam emitter 22 is aligned with the center groove 13 of a guide roller 10 as well. The right and left positions of the guide roller 10 for the rolling roll 1 are thus confirmed. Thereafter, the laser beam emitter 21 moved until the vertical beam 30a is brought into contact with the guide roller 11 at the left side to measure the moving distance by a scale. The beam emitter 22 is moved until the vertical beam 30a is brought into contact with the guide roller 12 of the right side to measure the distance with a scale. The measured difference in both is found, the side wall of an inlet port is moved by a hammer by the distance part of the difference and the center groove 13 of the roller 10 coincides with the root part center 8 of the roll 1.
