PURPOSE: To simplify a composite process and improve the productivity by coating an ultraviolet light-hardenable paint for material for summer use on one side of a single board for summer use and applying a ultraviolet light thereto. CONSTITUTION: An ultraviolet light-hardenable paint 2 is applied to one side of a single board for summer use colored meeting the spring material section color. A composite single board 6 is formed by lighting a ultraviolet light- hardenable paint 2 with an ultraviolet lamp and an adhesive 4 is applied thereto. Thereafter, a collective flitch is formed by putting the coated composite single board in a concave/convex section 5 and having said single board press-adhered. The ultraviolet light-hardenable paint is made by mixing photosensitive resin with coloring agent, monomer and initiator, etc., and is hardened immediately after said paint 2 is exposed to the ultraviolet light. More particularly, the ultraviolet light-hardenable paint colored to the cedar material section tone for summer use is applied under 10-100 G/m<2> to a single white board with the dimension of 500×4000×1 mm colored to the cedar tone and the ultraviolet light-hardenable paint can be hardened within 5 sec. by applying the ultraviolet light thereto.
