The square tubular upright frame has slotted holes and wings (9, 10) welded to protruding supports with nail holes to secure the window frame in position. The aluminium square tubular frame includes two wings (9, 10) with longitudinal slots (11, 12) in which wedge (13) fits, to clamp support profile (8) to the brick profile. Opposite to the wing side the support profile (8) is angled at the bottom (14) enabling access to top surface (15) from the bottom. The top surface (15) has a series of holes (16) enabling the window frame to be nailed to the support profile.
