PURPOSE:To prevent spread of fire of cable, by arranging such that solder jointing the flange of a water pipe and the flange section of a pin is fused through the heat of fire and water flows out of the water pipe. CONSTITUTION:A water tank 4 is arranged above a bundle 1 of cables C1-Cn, and water is led through a water pipe 3 above the bundle 1 of the cables where the flange of a pin 5 is soldered to the flange section (a) at the tip of the water pipe 3 so as to seal the water 2 with the pin 5. Upon fusion of solder due to the heat of fire, the pin 5 is removed and falls down to allow spraying of the water 2 down onto the bundle 1 of the cables, thus preventing spread of fire of the cables. |
