<p>PURPOSE: To provide a high-safety anti-theft device for an automobile by cutting off the power feed to an ignition section by a relay fed by a central electronic unit, and keeping this circuit open while the engine is running. CONSTITUTION: When the contact M of an anti-theft device is closed or shunted, a relay RL is immediately excited via a transistor T2 cutting off a contact SR, and the operation start of a vehicle by the power feed to a coil or an ignition computer is prevented. When the vehicle is operated while a central electronic unit C is stopped, this device has double safety, the central electronic unit C does not polarize the base of a transistor T1, thus the transistors T1, T2 are blocked, and the relay RL is de-excited. A contact device D is opened, and the relay RL is not grounded. Even if there is a trouble caused by a short circuit of the transistors T1, T2, the contact SR is kept at a stationary position without requiring the relay RL.</p> |
