PURPOSE:To certainly keep a medium inflow chamber and a medium outflow chamber liquidtight through a partition wall, by integrally providing a medium introducing port and a medium discharge port to a housing. CONSTITUTION:The blood flowing in a heat exchanger from the blood inflow port thereof passes through the blood chamber 21 formed between a housing 2 and heat exchange fine tubes 3. A heat exchange medium flows in a medium inflow chamber 14 from a medium introducing port 8 and subsequently flows through the heat exchange fine tubes 3. The medium introducing port 8 is integrally formed to the housing 2. The medium flowing through the fine tubes 3 flows in a medium outflow chamber 5 to be discharged from the medium discharge port 9 being integrally formed to the housing 2. The blood flowing through the outside of the bundle of the fine tubes 3 flows out through blood outflow ports 7a, 7b.
