PURPOSE:To obtain a strong, uniform resin film by laminating a reinforced adhesion strength layer and a coating layer formed by dipping a core material in a resin solution which has wear resistance and a low friction coefficient and is soluble in an organic solvent on the surface of the core material consisting of a rubbery elastic body. CONSTITUTION:The reinforced adhesion strength layer 2 is formed on the surface of the core material 1 made of the rubbery elastic body and the core material 1 formed the reinforced layer 2 is dipped in a resin solution having wear resistance and a low friction coefficient and is soluble in an organic solvent to form the coating layer 3. The reinforced adhesion-strength layer 2 is formed by treating the surface of the core material 1 by chlorination, chromic acid etching, or plasma etching. The treated surface of the core material 1 is roughened to have a remarkably large surface area, so high adhesion strength is obtained between the core material 1 and the resin coating layer 3 to be formed thereafter. |
