PURPOSE:To simply insulate a metal plate exposed on the inner peripheral wall of a through hole and to perform a through hole plating step by forming an insulating substance by an electrodepositing painting using a metal plate as an electrode, and through-hole-plating the inner peripheral wall of the through hole and the peripheral edge of an opening. CONSTITUTION:After the exposed face 1a of a metal plate 1 exposed on the inner peripheral wall of a through hole 4 is degreased and washed, it is dipped in an electrodepositing layer to paint by electrodepositing it. Degreasing agent includes, for example, a cleanser sold in the market adapted for the material to be required. After the electrodepositing step is finished, an insulating substance 5 formed to cover the exposed face 1a of the plate 1 is washed, and baked, for example, at 130-170 deg.C for 10-40min. After the electrodepositing step is finished, it is through-hole-plated to form a through-hole plating layer 6 on the inner peripheral wall 4a of the hole 4 and the peripheral edge of the opening of the hole 4. |
