PURPOSE:To permit a long article to be transported in horizontal state safely and certainly by installing a pair of vertical posts at both edges of a form body and installing a supporting plate on which a supporting member moves horizontally in slidable ways, on an elevator for raising and lowering said pair of horizontal posts, thus permitting separate transport in the vertical and horizontal directions. CONSTITUTION:A center caster 17 is arranged in parallel to leg rods 14 through the operation of a switching lever 23, and a transport car 1 is pushed under the rack base of a weaving machine 91, and an oil draining handle 68 is unloosed to lower an elevator 3. When a falling-down preventing plate 4 is attached onto a floor surface, lowering of the elevator 3 is suspended, and a beam 9 is turned to the waving machine 91 side. Then, the both edges of the beam 9 are arranged just over the receiving bases 92 and 92 of the weaving machine 91, and a handle 68 is unloosed further, then the elevator 3 lowers in the equal speed at the same time, and the beam 9 lowers horizontally and is received on route by the receiving base 92 of the weaving machine. Therefore, even if the beam 9 is one-sided to one receiving base 92 side, the both edges of the beam can be fitted certainly onto the both receiving bases 92 by allowing the both supporting plates 34 to swing right and left. |
