<p>PURPOSE:To accurately detect the timing of clock stop/start for respective device, by synchronizing a clock with an oscillator by using the phase difference of the distribution system of the clock. CONSTITUTION:A counter A which counts the clock from the oscillator and a counter B which counts the clock distributed to respective device are provided in a clock control part, and a clock stop control latch 24a and a clock start control latch 24b are provided at every targeted clock desired to stop or start, separately. And when the control latch is turned ON and the count value of the counter A goes to the same or one preceding value of the targeted clock, the clock of respective device is controlled by a clock stop latch 21 which performs an ON or an OFF operation. In such a way, synchronization with a pulse from the oscillator can be taken, and it is possible to perform clock control which stops or starts respective device accurately by an arbitrary clock out of the clocks distributed to respective device.</p> |
