PURPOSE:To reuse an IC card as a play card, to reduce a cost and to arbitrarily recognize a residual usable state by providing the IC card (portable electronic device) having a memory or the like and a terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:The IC card (portable electronic device) 10 is used as the play card and is constituted of a contact part 11 for electrically communicating with the terminal equipment 20, a liquid crystal display part 12 for displaying card issuing data or the like, operating keys 13, 14, a memory part 15 and a control part 16 or the like. The equipment 20 electrically communicates with the card 10, thereby, reads and writes the card issuing data to the memory part 15 and is constituted of a contact part 21, a card carrying mechanism 22, a liquid crystal display part 23, a keyboard 24 and a control part 25. The IC card is used as the play card, thereby, can be reused to reduce the cost, display and visually view the card issuing data at an arbitrary place or time by an admitted person and arbitrarily confirm the type or the number of the residual usable play cards. |
