PURPOSE:To efficiently use the high-speed digital line of a fixed price contract line by providing a dynamic allocation circuit, which makes a transit trunk reservation circuit and a terminal line correspond dynamically to a transit trunk. CONSTITUTION:The transit trunk reservation circuits 510, 511 control the use state of the time slot of the high-speed digital transmission transit trunk 6, and at the same time, perform the reservation of the time slot. Then, when the required quantity of the time slot of the transit trunk 6 can not be ensured against the connection request from the terminal line, the reservation circuits 510, 511 perform successively the reservation of the time slot for only the terminal line, capable of using only a high-speed digital transmission service, and after other communication is finished, issue a connecting instruction to dynamic allocation circuits 500, 501. In this case, they instruct to use subscriber's station service, for the connection request from the terminal line, capable of using the subscribers station service too.
