PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of process organization, by a method wherein workmanship used at each elemental work is represented by a section code, and the working speed of each worker is determined classified by a workmanship section. CONSTITUTION:A standard working time at each elemental work, represented by the English small letter 'a' encircled in Fig, is indicated by a numeral shown at the right shoulder of elemental work display. A kind of workmanship, e.g. regulation, soldering, assembly, required for achievement of a workmanship section, i.e. an element work, is indicated by a parenthesized numeral shown below elemental work display. Based on the data and the target cycle of an assembly line, a process organization work is executed by means of a personal computer. In this case, the working speed of each worker is determined classified by a workmanship section to calculate an actual working time when each worker is distributed to each station. The resultant actual working time matrix of a worker and each station is processed by the 'Hungarian' method to determine workers distributed to each station. This method enables distribution of workers so that a total sum of assembly lines in an actual assembly time is minimized. |
