The invention relates to a device for controlling weed or the like. It comprises a wiper intended to be fitted to a vehicle, for example a combine harvester. The wiper is provided with a spreader ramp 1 to which a cloth 2 serving as a wiper member is fitted. The spreader ramp 1 houses a number of connections 4 for equal-length pipes 5 emanating from a distributor housing 6, which on the outlet side is provided with a distributor plate 14 having holes 13 leading to the pipes 5. In the distributor housing, at its input, there is arranged a turbulence chamber 9 provided with strainer 10, swivel 11 and nozzle 12.
