PURPOSE:To enlarge specific dielectrics and unloading Q (Qu) of the resultant dielectric ceramic and simultaneously reduce absolute value of temperature coefficient of resonance frequency, by constituting a specific composition consisting of CaO, TiO2 and La2O3. CONSTITUTION:The aimed dielectric ceramics for microwave consist of calcium oxide (CaO), titanium oxide (TiO2) and lanthanum trioxide (La2O3) and composition formula thereof is expressed by the formula (CaO)X(TiO2)Y(La2O3)Z wherein x, y and z are mole fractions and in the range of the equations 0.273<=x<=0.458, 0.375<=y<=0.560 and 0.116<=z<=0.220 and x+y+z=1. |
