PURPOSE:To enhance the characteristics such as the dielectric constant by making specified composition main components. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric porcelain compound with high dielectric constant, small temp. factor, good Q value, and high insulating resistance is obtained by using a substance whose main component is a compound satisfying the given equation. Here the composition ratios x, y, z are, a=b=0.18, c=d=0.06 for x, a=d=0.66, b=c=0.76, for y, and a=0.16, b=0.06, c=0.18, d=0.28 for z in the range of mol ratio surrounded by the four points a-d on the triangle which indicates the composition range of main components. |
