PURPOSE:To realize the retry processing of a microinstruction by inhibiting the replacement of the contents of a save register before the replacement of the contents of a register is through normally. CONSTITUTION:Each register contains a save register and the contents of the save register are loaded into each register for retry when a hard error occurs. The internal registers excluding those registers contain no save register. A save register control part 12 inhibits the updating of the contents of each save register before the replacement of the contents of the internal registers are through normally. Then the contents of the save registers are replaced only when the replacement of the contents of the internal registers are through normally. Thus it is possible to perform the retry of a microinstruction even in case a reading fault occurs during the replacement of the contents of those internal registers containing no save register. |
