<p>PURPOSE:To select the obverse and reverse surfaces of a discharged paper by constituting the titled device so that the discharged paper sheets are stacked in the first paper discharge tray as they are when a direction selecting member is switched to the first direction, while the reversed paper sheets are stacked in the second paper discharge tray when the direction selecting member is switched to the second direction. CONSTITUTION:A paper is sent inside a printer 12 from a paper feeding cassette 20, and an image corresponding to the given printing data is formed by an image forming means. After the image is formed, the paper is discharged into the first paper discharge tray 22 or the second paper discharge tray 24 through a paper discharge passage. In other words, when the first discharge direction is determined by a direction changing member 52, the paper is discharged, with the formed-image surface set upwardly, onto the first discharge tray 22. When the second discharge direction is set by the direction selecting member 52, the paper is reversed, and discharged onto the second paper discharge tray 24 installed in the printer 12 body.</p> |
