PURPOSE:To easily execute a position detection in the combined surface of a plane and a corner surface, by providing each position detector for detecting a moving extent in the rotational direction along the corner surface, a moving amount in the direction vertical to its rotational direction, and a moving amount in the direction vertical to the corner. CONSTITUTION:On a moving member 20 which has been attached movably in the direction X vertical to a corner surface, a gear 21 is provided, and an angle detector 23 for detecting an angle phi in the rotational direction through a gear 22 is connected. Also, a position detector 34 for detecting a moving amount in the direction X vertical to the corner surface is attached. The posi tion detector 34 is connected to a wire winding axis 32, and a wire 30 is fixed to the moving member 20 through a fixed plate 29. Moreover, to a holding member 40 which has been fixed to one end of the moving member 20, a moving member 41 for moving vertically in the rotational direction phi along the corner surface and a position detector 45 for detecting its moving amount Z are con nected. As for the moving member 41, a spring 42 is interposed between the holding member 40 and a holder 43 for holding an ultrasonic probe 3, in order to improve the follow-up property. |
