PURPOSE:To reduce sliding noise in a high speed operation, by constituting meta-wholly-aromatic polyamide pulp grain or fibre as a main component for a lining material. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic driving motor is composed of a stator section 1 and a rotor section 2. The stator section 1 is composed of a piezoelectric body 3 and a driver 4 to be an exciter section. By vibrating a vibration amplification section 5 of the driver 4, the rotor section 2 is driven through a lining material 9 which comes into contact with the amplification section 5. On this occasion, the lining material 9 is composed of a meta-wholly-aromatic polyamide pulp grain and a meta-wholly-aromatic polyamide fibre as its main component. The blended rate of this material is: the grain (and/or fibre) 50-100%, polytetrafluoroethylene resin 0-50% and scaly natural graphite 0-20%. The occurrence of abnormal noise, the occurrence of abnormal abrasion, etc., can thereby be eliminated. |
