PURPOSE:To manufacture a bridged part and foamed decorative member integrally, by a method wherein a molded skin is formed on the inside, cut off annularly at a projected line part, demolded, set up to a cushion layer molding mold along with a core material and a foamable synthetic resin material is cast by making use of a skin molding mold provided with an annular projected line at a part demarcating one side base part of the bridged part. CONSTITUTION:A skin molding mold 22 possesses, for example, an inside form corresponding to a door trim including the surface of an assist grip 12 (bridged part), a cylindrical projected line 24 is provided on a part demarcating one side base part of the assist grip 12, and the edge part 26 having an acute-angled cross section is formed on the tip part. A raw material holding vessel 30 is heated and turned by superposing the same upon the skin molding mold 22. A molded skin 14 adheres to the inside of the molding mold 22 and a thickness of the edge part 26 becomes thin. Although demolding is performed after cooling cutting-off is performed at a thin part and demolding is performed easily. When the same is set up to a bottom force 36 for molding a cushion layer, a reinforcing member 40 for the assist grip is inserted, a core material 18 is fitted and a foamable synthetic resin material is cast, the door trim body 10 and assist grip 12 are molded integrally. |
