NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [Z is -R<1> (R<1> is alkyl or alkoxy), =COR<1>, -SO2R<1>, -COOM (M is H, alkali metal ion or ammonium ion), -CN, -NO2, etc.; m is <=4]. EXAMPLE:1,3-Bis-[2-(2-azidebenzoyl)ethenyl]benzene. USE:A light crosslinking agent for heat resistant photosensitive resin exhibiting excellent solubility to various kind of solvents as well as capable of readily crosslinking by light, heat, radical and anion. PREPARATION:1mol isophthalic dialdehyde or (substituted)isophthalic dialdehyde and 2-3mol O-azideacetophenone are dissolved in a mixed solvent such as THF and methanol and the isophthalic dialdehyde is reacted with the O- azideacetophenone at 0-40 deg.C by adding an alkali water solution such as NaOH as a catalyst to provide the aimed compound expressed by the formula. |
