PURPOSE:To obtain a filler tube made of synthetic resin with flange whose inside is free from cavity, by a method wherein for formation of a recessed part for a flange at the time of mold clamping, a clearance between an external circumferential face of an inserted core and a molding face of a mold is made thinner than a thickness of a parison, and at the time of the mold clamping, the parison at the external circumferential face of the core is pressed and moved to the recessed part for formation of the flange. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part S for molding a flange is formed of a tip face of a core 50 and stepped parts 42a, 42b, and a thick flange is molded through cooperative operation among molding faces 43a, 43b and the core 50. A clearance l1 of a recessed part S for molding of the flange at the time of mold clamping is made sufficiently larger than a thickness (t) of a parison 32. Then a clearance (d) between an external circumferential face and the molding face 43a(43b) at the time of the mold clamping is made sufficiently thinner than the thickness (t) of the parison 32 so that a parison 32a on an external circumferential face position of the core is pressed and a part of the same can be moved into a recessed part S for molding of the flange. An air pipe 52 is arranged within the core 50. After mold clamping, air is blown into the parison 32 through the air pipe 52 and a filler tube with the thick flange free from cavity is obtained. |
