PURPOSE:To take the safest measure for a personal exposure management by providing an arithmetic means and a nonvolatile memory on a dosimeter. CONSTITUTION:A dosimeter 2 is provided with an alarm generator 10, an I/O interface 13 for executing data communication to an external instrument, a CPU, and a memory of a RAM, etc., (or a nonvolatile IC card, etc.). As input information at the time of starting its use, a user's ID, an exposure history, a day management value, a week management value, and a three-month management value are inputted, and at the time of use, an exposure dosage per unit time is measured, stored successively in a memory in the dosimeter 2, and an alarm management for executing a comparison processing of the management value inputted at the time of starting to use the dosimeter, the personal exposure history information, and the integrating exposure dosage is executed. Also, the centralized control is executed by using an entering/leaving area gate terminal and a host computer of the central management center. In such a way, the day, week and month managements, etc., at every individual can be performed in a real time, based on the personal exposure history.
