<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a comfortable feeling in bed and rigidity suitable for long- term use, by constituting a mat by gathering a large number of fluid cells and making it possible to set or alter the fluid receiving amounts of said fluid cells on the basis of an arbitrary or registered predetermined pattern. CONSTITUTION:In order to adjust the rigidity of a mat, a preset initial setting-up is inputted to an input part 7 and, at the same time, the data, stature and body wt. of a patient are inputted. A control part 9 refers to the processing procedure of a memory 8 on the basis of the inputted data and closes discharge valves 1b1, 1b2, 1b3,...1bn and opens injection valves 1a1, 1a2, 1a3,...1an to drive a pump 5 and fluid is supplied to a high pressure fluid source 3 from a tank 4 and the pressure of the fluid of the high pressure fluid source 3 is raised to predetermined pressure. By this method, the fluid is supplied to fluid cells 1c1, 1c2, 1c3,...1cn. During this process, the fluid pressure of a region where the bedsore of a patient is liable to generate is controlled. Further, by cyclically changing the pressures (receiving fluid amounts) of the fluid cells, massage can be performed.</p> |
