Apparatus characterised in that its protective casing consists of a rigid case with openings at opposite ends, in that a program of control is provided in order to regulate the air current created by the ventilator (fan) and the temperature thereof, and in that the bunk (bench) has, for each cable pull (control), a spring chamber with a drum mounted rotationally, on which the cable pull (control) is wound, and which is unwound during gymnastics exercises by the user against the force of a flat coil spring with an essentially linear characteristic.
