PURPOSE:To facilitate the insertion of the treatment jig to be inserted through an endoscope and to enhance shooting capacity, by providing a vibration means imparting vibration to one of the treatment jig and a treatment jig guide region permitting the passage of the treatment jig. CONSTITUTION:When a treatment jig 15 is introduced into the body cavity using an endoscope 1, the treatment jig 15 is inserted from the treatment jig insert part 10 of an operating part 3 and guided to an inductor receiving chamber 11 through an insert channel 9 and led out to the outside from the opening part of the inductor receiving chamber 11 while guided by a treatment jig inductor 13. At this time, a switch 18 is turned ON and a current is supplied to an electrostriction element 16 to vibrate the same. Since vibration is applied to a grasping part by this method, the contact friction force of said part is markedly reduced and the treatment jig 15 can be easily advanced and retracted. Since the treatment jig inductor 13 is pivotally supported by a non-movable revolving shaft 12, the erecting state thereof does not change and shooting capacity is secured. |
