PURPOSE:To realize the reduction of a time, labor and equipment, by simultaneously performing the sealing and cutting operations of a film by common operation using a common heat source. CONSTITUTION:A feed conveyor 3 and a press conveyor 8 are held to a distance capable of realizing the close contact state of the respective top surfaces of the grasping bodies 6, 11 respectively mounted to the outer surfaces of both conveyors. The film 1 on the feed conveyor 3 receives the food (a) fed-in from a feed-in conveyor (b) to advance in the downstream direction and is covered with a film 2 from above by the press conveyor 8 while both films reach the position directly under an nozzle body 13 in such a state that both side surfaces of the films are sealed. At this time, hot air is injected from the slit 14 of the nozzle body 13 to simultaneously perform the sealing due to the mutual welding of the films 1, 2 and the cutting of the films due to the hot air blowing through upper and lower blow-through holes 12, 7. A finished packed food C falls from the downstream end to be received in a receiving box (d). |
