PURPOSE:To contrive to achieve the shortening of vulcanization time and the uniform ity of vulcanization by a method in which after the rubber composition containing sulfur and the vulcanization accerelator of sulfenamide type of at least one layer or more in rubber material has been molded into a preseribed shape, vulcanization speed is regulated in the process before vulcanization process by radiating electron beam correspondingly to the heat amount supplied in vulcanization. CONSTITUTION:Correspondingly to the heat amount supplied in vulcanization to the rubber composition containing sulfur and compounded with vulcanization accerelator of sulfenamide type, its extruded stock, or its rolled stock, after its vulcanization speed has been suitably regulated in the process before vulcanization, the rubber prod uct to be vulcanized or the rubber product in a vulcanizing can, etc., is vulcanized by the heat conduction from its periphery by the heat conduction from a mold or a bladder. That is to say, an intermediate reaction product is generated by the various reaction such as cleavage or decomposition of the vulcanization accerelator caused by electron beam in the rubber compound. The vulcanization speed of the rubber compound is accerelated by this intermediate reaction product. As the vulcanization accerelator with such property, the accerelator of sulfenamide type is compounded with the rubber composition. |
