PURPOSE: To form each pallet component by one kind of mold and minimize the cost of production by assembling a plurality of pallet components having the same shape and fixing it by a joining member to assemble a pallet. CONSTITUTION: A pallet structure 10 comprises identical four plastic components 11-14 arranged so that a pair of parts 11, 12 and that of parts 13, 14 take a direction at right angles to each other. Individual components 11-14 are assembled so that their bosses 15 come into contact and that fork-receiving slots 16 are formed between the upper and lower pallet layers. Each of the corner boss 15, 22 has a hole 25 at the center into which fastener 17 is fitted to tightly fasten two components. Similar fastener holes are also formed in the central boss 21.
