An air nozzle for a ventilation and air-conditioning system has a housing-like nozzle body (10) in which a regulator insert (11) is inserted and mounted so as to be adjustable. The nozzle body (10), in this arrangement, contains a jacket which starts from a circular base (12) and in which radial openings (15) for the air passage are arranged which can be closed by the regulator insert (11). <IMAGE>
